I'm a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 20 years experience & yes, I still love my profession...BUT...(If you know, you know...)I'm seeing burn out, I'm seeing good tech's leave due to stress, overwork and being under-appreciated. It needs to STOP! So I'm here to mentor. To help with getting the mindset, stress, work-life-balance and to help get that feeling of empowerment back in a rad tech's life!I was there, over-worked & stressed. Feeling generally stuck in the mundane work-life that I thought had to be the norm. Then a sudden and unexpected life upheaval happened and I learned the that I didn't have to suffer and feel that way anymore. Now I'm sharing my experience and tools that I taught myself to survive so people don't have to go what I went through to learn it. My mission is to help... A radiology technologist who has just gotten their first job out of school and is currently on orientation or just out of orientation & all technologists who do not feel confident or supported.Or...The rad tech who doesn't want to feel overwhelmed with stress and anxiety of fitting in and wants to feel empowered and confident.Or...who wants a healthy-life work balance. Who places importance on self worth and self care. They choose to be present in their life.Or...who knows they are an intelligent member of the team with skills.
