Project management of audio mastering for Warner Home Video projects including New Release and Catalog Features, Episodic and Animation for world wide distribution in all required languages.Daily correspondence with clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets.Confirm and relay delivery specs to editors: HD/NTSC/PAL/DTS/ATMOS, compression rates, chapters, and layer breaks.Assess issues that come up with source materials to determine if they are rejectable issues based on standard criteria, confirm if they match the master or conclude that the source needs to be sent back to dubbing stages for additional fixes. Communicate directly with foreign territories when additional feedback such as video screenshots, scene descriptions and timecode are required to identify problem.Liaison between editors and clients to communicate QC report notes and troubleshoot all issues as they arise during project.Coordinate and schedule Localization orders and confirm pricing and delivery specs with client. Use P.O. to create work orders using studio database to link source materials to newly created barcodes. Assign audio track listings to ensure proper interleaved files are created.Troubleshoot ingest issues using metadata to pinpoint error and resolve internally with editor or directly with client when necessary.Transfer completed audio compression files to authoring facilities vis secured sites.Manage servers: monitor space availability, order back-up and restores, maintain file structures for working projects.Use knowledge of digital and physical audio formats to research source elements in WB’s inventory archives.Update and maintain scheduling database.
