We shape innovation formats for organizations, helping them to develop new services in an holistic and user-centered way. We use collaborative and visual tools deriving from Service Design and Design Thinking to facilitate the ideas and information flow between people, enabling co-design practices.

Service Design Drinks are informal meetings to share experiences, knowledge and tools of Service Design.

Organization, delivering and conduction of Design Thinking workshops for H-Farm's clients, to help companies solve current and future issues, thanks to an immersive experience in the Design Thinking methodology.Workshops usually consist in a 2-3 days session, where participants are guided in the exploration of user's needs, the discovery of opportunity areas, the generation of ideas, their prototipation and testing.
