Aligned to the MuleSoft operating unit and supported the change management journey as part of the Salesforce acquisition. Quickly learned Salesforce internal practices and programs to be able to enable and coach MuleSoft leaders on matters related to compensation, job architecture, mobility, talent development, employee retention & engagement.

Supported MuleSoft's day-to-day people operations and provided internal support/service to 1,300 employees globally. Oversaw immigration & mobility programs. Supported the Employee Success activities as part of the MuleSoft > Salesforce acquisition.

Managed the onboarding experience for over 300 new employees at MuleSoft while working to continuously improve and automate the process to support MuleSoft's rapid growth. Advised hiring managers and collaborated with Recruiting, IT, Enablement COE, and HR Business Partners to enable new hire success.

Supported 2 Business Partners with the HR needs of 14 unique departments. Acted as first point of contact for 600+ employees (including full-time and contingent staff) on all day-to-day staffing, benefits, payroll, training & performance matters. Partnered with people leaders on recruitment, performance management, total compensation, employee engagement, and offboarding needs. Maintained data integrity across all HR programs and collaborated with HRIS to support internal and/or SOX audits.

First point of contact and principal administrator of employee life cycle processes from recruitment, through offboarding. Facilitated new hire onboarding, processed employment change requests, processed termination and conducted exit meetings.

Managed team of 15-20 customer service representatives in day-to-day call center. Provided back-end technology support, and resolved ticketing software & customer service issues. Supported account management for Zerve’s network of business partners. Fielded over 1,500 phone calls from small-medium activity operators throughout tenure.

In charge of hiring, on-boarding, and training new team members to operate the Zerve San Francisco call center.

Promoted Zerve.com by outreaching to activity operators & online influencers such as bloggers & media editors; gained deep understanding of SEO through link building and social media outreach initiatives.

Took over 14,000 incoming phone calls from customers with questions about activities all over the country & facilitated over-the-phone ticket purchase process. Worked with content managers and was a core contributor to Zerve.com website content; created over 1,000 operator activity listings during the course of this period.

Assisted sales and events managers by greeting & guiding up to 500 attendees to the specific location within the Plaza Hotel in over 300 social, non-profit and business events.
