Serene graduated with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Economics and has earned the designations of Fellow, in Life Management Institute (FLMI) and Associate, Customer Service (ACS) awarded by Life Office Management Association (LOMA) . After graduation, she has worked in the Insurance Industry in Singapore for more than 10 years, accumulating significant experience in Insurance Products development, development of new Distribution Channel and as well as leading the entire Customer Service Centre to service excellence in the Insurance industry. With her strong insurance knowledge and significant insurance industry experience , she has proven to be a choice Insurance Recruitment specialist and achieved proven record of success for recruitment in the Insurance desk.
