Ark Schools & Ventures had significant project delivery and investment appetite challenges and appointed me to define and deliver their programme of ICT and systems improvements. We now have a full catalogue of defined services, aligned against a “Strategy on a Page”, meeting Ark requirements, with strong Private Sector Partner relationships, Improvement Plans and KPIs. I defined a Programme Office, with clear tools and standards to define and deliver improvements. We now deliver 100+ projects per year, on budget and to defined quality, nearly all on time and my tools enable me to account for them all. The Benefits Realisation framework I introduced facilitates the team to demonstrate improvements which has improved whole organisation outcomes and resulted in more investment than we need.
