Remote & Onsite Support of VAS (Value Added Services) Products: SMS, VMS and BILLING Products: Prepaid systems2. Rich Experience for interfacing with Mobile Operators worldwide: EMEA, Africa & Asia with large customers as Vodafone, SFR, Orange, TMO, etc… 3. Integration & Deployment of complex systems: SMS & Prepaid systems: include Installation, Integration & Testing of complex systems including: Signaling, IP Networking, OSSP, Oracle DB, SNMP Alarms 4. Working with Oracle CRM for problems reporting5. Working closely with Customers (Cellular Operators), Project Management, T4 support and R&D6. Expertise in SS7 Signaling Protocols: MTP, ISUP, SCCP, TCAP, INAP, CAMEL, MAP, SIGTRAN, Telephony (GSM/CDMA)7. Expertise in IP Networking– Routers, Firewall, SNMP, Diameter, SMTP, SMPP, UCP, etc… 8. Expertise in OSS: HP OV, PATROL & SNMP 9. Other expertise areas: LINUX/UNIX, Oracle Database (SQL)10. Experience of HA (High Availablity) - as VERITAS & Redhat Clusters
