Successfully delivered annual updates for two healthcare B2B products by effectively gathering and confirming product requirements using UML and systems analysis, and communicating these to stakeholders. Identified product requirements for presale engagements with new clients, including Fortune 500 companies, achieving significant project wins. Additionally, initiated and developed a comprehensive product management competency model.
