-Supervision of Cased Hole wireline operations (CHSL, PLT, Cement Bound, Noise and corrosion logs), check and reinterpret if necessary, the results provided by contractors with use “Techlog” and “Emeraude” software.-Preparations of programs for cased hole studies as a petrophysical input of reservoir/well management to control water cut, wells performance, and propose well intervention jobs such as acid treatments and workovers. -Updating the methodologies and approaches and interpretation of Open Hole and Cased Hole (PLT, CHSL, CBL) well logging data, preparation of processing graphs for full set interpretation on Python.-Reporting important findings to the WRFM team, preparation of weekly internal reports, quarterly and annual reports for operator of oilfield. Participating in preparation of FDP report.-Development ML model for prediction reservoir performance by well-logging data.-Maintaining databases of accountable information ("Techlog" and "Emeraude" db, Excel Spreadsheets, Pandas DataFrames, SharePoint).

Performing consulting services in the field of Petrophysics, Machine Learning, web apps backend development.-Quality assessment of petrophysical models, assessment of accuracy, weak sides identification, providing the recommendations for improvement.-Developing of machine learning models (Scikit-learn, Tensor Flow | Keras, Jupyter notebook) in petrophysics and finance domains. Preparation datasets for models training, data mining, elaboration models and their performance estimation, deploying models with Flask based web interfaces, and Qt based desktop interfaces.-Development of web services on Python (Django Rest API, Flask).I have taken part in several DRF based medium and small sized projects in e-commerce, security services and sales. In which I have participated as backend developer. In particular I took part in implementation of social networks authorization, admin panel setup, database models and serializes setup, smtp setup, writing views to render html+Jinja2 templets with Django and DRF function and class based views for particular endpoints. I’m also participated in deployment of applications using stack nginx-socket-(uwsgi-gunicorn)-Django with GitHub Actions.Machine learning projects I had been participated were related in general with petrophysics in particular the facies recognition and prognosis of their properties by well logging data calibrated on core.

In the position of Head of the well-logging interpretation department, I constantly encountered non-common types of tasks that demanded me constantly develop and improve my skills in different fields of geoscience and management, be it core studies, different technics of wireline studies and their interpretation methodology, programming and process automatization, or staff management. Moreover, every day I strived to inspire other members of our team to improve their abilities to reach our outstanding goals, participate in conferences, write scientific papers, and improve their knowledge of special software.Since I have held the head of department position our team successfully finished a considerable amount of projects related to petrophysical support during reserve and resource estimations works, seismic evaluation of new structures, field development issues resolving, and petrophysical methodology study issues resolving.We are working on all types of reservoirs: clastic, carbonate, and unconventional (but not so often) to perform accurate and fast estimations of their properties taking into account all available geologic-geophysical data.In our work, we widely spread automatization of processing geological-geophysical data on the base Python applications and Tcl scripts. In the department routine except special software is actively implementing the usage of such software decisions as Jupiter Notebook for data analysis and results representation. The "Agile" methodology is used to improve personnel management processes in the division. This methodology fit not for all cases but helps to resolve tasks fast with the necessary accuracy and constantly elevate the quality of the result from the very start of the project till its end and constantly have the up to date result which can be introduced further on the stage of geologic and hydrodynamic modeling or seismic interpretation.
