Have been working as an expert in devices development and acceptance since the equipment development and production under Armtel trade mark in 2004 in the capacity of Arman’s Ltd. CTO. In 2011 headed the development project of innovative intercom and PA/GA system based on IP which has been producing under IPN name since 2012. Since 2013 have been leading the whole R&D Department of the company. Continue participating in sales support, mainly in international projects, as well as holding presentations, seminars and training courses for specialists.

Along with the growth of the company, passed all the way from a leading specialist in Neumann Electronik intercom systems equipment to the Head of Engineering Department. Performed the whole range of engineering project support: development of solution design and equipment specifications, testing, mounting and commissioning works at the installation site as well as service maintenance. With the increase of engineering personnel, headed the Technical Department and concentrated on the most difficult and significant projects – such as intercom system at Kalinin Nuclear Power Station, for example. In 2004 the company started developing and producing its own equipment under Armtel trade mark. Since that time was involved as an expert in devices development and acceptance. Took part in sales support and the company promotion holding meetings with the Customer representatives, seminars and presentations. On regular basis, held training on intercom and PA/GA system engineering for specialists. Published several articles in specialized periodical. Was transferred to Armtel production company (which is a part of Arman Holding) as Head of R&D in January 2013.

Was engaged in sales of SIEMENS and Ericsson digital PBX systems, projects preparation and technical support, customers consulting, equipment mounting and putting into operation.Worked not only with customers but also took part in dealership network development.
