 Take a part in the Initiating Construction phase; Provide Conceptual design/Feasibility study and Front-end engineering design; Provide Bidding for Consultants/Contractors; Take a part of Supervising of Agreements for the design, installation, maintenance and repair; Provide schedule for design projects/execution works; Consulting of MEP Design Engineers for Shop Drawings; Supervising of Installation/ Maintenance/Troubleshooting of problems MEP equipment; Ensure that Health and Safety is embedded into all work; Develop preventive and major Maintenance programs for MEP; Advice on stock levels and provide suggestions for spare parts and equipment; Prepare operating budgets; Making reports for project team.

 Carrying out of the heat load and electricity calculations, selection of the equipment, making of commercial offers; Producing HVAC (including Fire Fighting and pumps) designs using CAD software, using specializing programs; HVAC project documentation development from conception to completion and after completion service; Making Specifications & Bill of Quantities; Protection of the design decisions in the Government authorities (Architects, Health & Fire Departments); Project installation supervision; Dealing with Clients; Engineers team leading; Working on various types of objects: high rise residential and commercial towers (incl. the tallest building in Ukraine), hotels, individual and industrial buildings.
