This role was a part of worldwide Microsoft Ventures Team (formerly Emerging Business Team).Key achievements: - created a solid breadth-to-depth framework effectively connecting Microsoft with startup and VC ecosystem in Russia and creating mutually beneficial business opportunities. Microsoft’s ecosystem offerings included such valuable benefits as seed financing and cloud hosting resources (grants to selected startups), VC connection, licensed software and tools, business development support, consulting, marketing and PR resources. Startups supported in "managed mode" received $40M+ of follow-up grant an VC funding.- created and managed a strong pipeline of partners using Windows Azure, achieved one of the highest levels of adoption of Microsoft cloud platform among startups comparing to other Microsoft field regions. Successfully completed one of the biggest at the moment cloud deals in CEE region.As a recognition for successful long-term contribution to company success in 2013 received Microsoft Circle of Excellence Platinum Club Award as an Outstanding Achiever (Microsoft global award for employees performing at the highest level).
