Review surveillance audit results with internal team members and follow up non-conformance with relevant department for close-out. Schedule, plan and conduct Internal Audits, follow-up and closure for audit non-conformances. Review and verify corrective actions from internal/external audits.Define quality requirements to suppliers and approve suppliers. Schedule, plan and conduct supplier audits. Liaise with suppliers/sub-contractors to resolve quality issues. Follow up on supplier audit non-conformances for close-out.Handle customer complaints, manage RMA process, lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, complaint handling report 8D, follow up corrective actions and corrective actions effectiveness verification.Manage environmental concerns/issues to prevent any re-occurrence.

Manage the Reliability lab. Plan and drive reliability tests. Provide technical reviews for failure mode avoidance and propose changes to improve product reliability. Guide the Design, Quality and Operation Engineers to make decisions on product reliability.

Drive reliability tests in in-house and external Reliability labs, statistical analysis, failure investigation, root cause analysis activities, activities for improving of product reliability, test equipment design, reliability lab maintenance.
