Control of inventory from customs clearance till customer’s warehouse.Supplier’s selection and management.Achievements:DC was opened from scratch within defined timeframe, in 8 month:- Building selection according to defined criteria;- Lease contract negotiations and internal approval;- Main suppliers selection (Security, Cleaning, Transportation, office furniture, IT and Warehouse equipment, etc);- High level racks systems layout and installation;- Defined org-chart and main white collar team hire- Blue collars provider and team hire;2 weeks between official work permit for the building and 1st in\out operations.All processes in the DC are organized according to Gates standards, 5S, VF, LEAN and CI are fully implemented and maintained as routine activity, all staff is trained.DC management system is certified by BSI Russia according to 3 main standards: ISO:9001/ISO:14001/ISO:18001 for main warehouse activities and were 1st company in Russia to ingrate 3 standards in 1 system. Last 3 re-certification audits passed without any non-conformances.
