•Project Management on adapting Managed Pressure Drilling technology to existing Nabors rigs. Surface piping design and specification as well as equipment selection minimizing cost and optimizing delivery times; •Responsible for preparing job specific Managed Pressure Drilling basis of design (operational procedures and contingencies plan) in order to optimize drilling operations related to influxes (water and gas), losses, stuck pipe, and any downhole pressure related event. Utilize Hydraulics Modeling Software to provide onsite engineering and technical support with MPD and Well Control to many clients such as:Conoco Phillips (Eagle Ford) Ultra Petroleum (Wyoming) Chevron (Permian)Equinor (Marcellus/Utica/Bakken) HESS (Bakken) XTO (Permian)Shell (Permian)• Establish and maintain regular communication between rig operations personnel and office personnel. Regularly attend operational and engineering meetings with customers, providing relative feedback and advice to all parties concerned; •Overall responsibility for the proper handling and maintenance of field equipment. This includes: Supervise crew during rig up and rig down, cleaning, repair and maintenance and coordinate equipment maintenance and logistics for replacement parts when necessary;•Prepare lessons learned report, after action reviews, HSE alerts, failure report, and track inventory;•Design new MPD training scheme, with different levels, exams, practical, and theoretical parts to be given at the office and at rig site.
