The daily tasks of this position consisted of pace & pick-up analysis, keeping track of the bedroom rates offered by the competitors. Key responsibilities:- Booking patterns and market trends analysis- Read pace reports daily and use analytics to make changes in hotel pricing- Open and close room inventory on booking channels - Monitoring competitors performance- Effective yield management- Weekly forecasts- Liaise with Revenue & General Managers and with the reservations team- Assist the distribution team and the Revenue Project Manager- Provide training new members of the Cluster Revenue Executive teamThese daily tasks required the use of the following Revenue Management and Hotel Systems:- EzRMS- Opera- Siteminder- Nor1- STRLast cluster:Malmaison Leeds (100 bedrooms), Malmaison Manchester (167 bedrooms), Malmaison Reading (75 rooms), (79 rooms), Hotel du Vin Wimbledon Cannizzaro House (48 bedrooms), Hotel du Vin Tunbridge Wells (34 bedrooms).Previous hotels: Malmaison Liverpool (130 rooms), Malmaison Glasgow (72 bedrooms), Malmaison Aberdeen (79 rooms), Hotel du Vin Brighton (49 bedrooms), Hotel du vin Newcastle (42 bedrooms), Hotel du Vin Poole (38 bedrooms), Hotel du Vin Henley-on-Thames (43 bedrooms), Hotel du Vin York (44 bedrooms), Hotel du Vin Winchester (24 bedrooms).
