Cumplo estas funciones en el ámbito de los parques eólicos y otras energías renovables como parte de la PMO:· Realización de informes de seguimiento de obra y presentación en PowerPoint.· Gestión y comunicación de la documentación compartida en SharePoint entre cliente y contratista.· Elaboración de actas de reuniones y de actas de aprobación de cambios respecto al Proyecto Técnico Administrativo.· Redacción de informes relacionados con el Certificado de Final de Obra (informe de modificaciones, memoria del CFO), entre otros.

- Keeping track of tasks to date as scheduled in Primavera P6.- Preparing status reports for projects (Summary, progress by activity, histograms and S-curves, KPIs).- Use of Microsoft Access as a database for the information compiled weekly. - Use of P6 to check updated information by planning colleagues

- Daily update of the factory priorities given by planning.- Optimization of the factory prioritization through macros and VBA language.- Updating of the factory load and capacity files.- Preparation and revision of engineering drawings.- Updating of the coverage of the factory work lines.- Study of raw material availability in stock and to be received.- Update of global coverage of the factory.- Generation of rework orders.- Weekly update of the coverage plan of customer orders.- Cancellation of unneeded production orders.- Review and correction of planned production orders.- Resolution of closing errors of manufacturing orders.- Making re-identification orders of items.- Generation of weekly previewed manufacturing orders.- Generation of order coverages for the manufacturing plant.- Support to the improvement and execution of processes of the planning and materials management department.
