- Software design, development and maintenance.- On-site and 2nd level maintenance and support activities.- Produce incidents analysis, diagnosis and hot fixes.- Provide technical details of incidents or new requirements, including source code reviews, data fixing scripts or tools.- Assist the User Acceptance Tests of new releases to production.- Assist Site Acceptance Tests and Configuration Management activities.- Liaise and coordinate with the offshore support and development team to ensure that objectives and deadlines are met while reporting to local management.
