Responsible for generating business and deepening relationships by selling products and services to potential and existing customers. Responsibilities included achieving aggressive sales goals and providing high quality customer service. Your duties will included, but were not limited to the following:-Selling financial products (e.g. Credit Cards, CD's IRA's, Loans). -Opening deposit accounts and taking loan applications. -Responding to customer inquiries and concerns and creating positive solutions. -Recognizing and referring cross-sell opportunities. -Performing daily/weekly sales reporting. -Interviewing and processing consumer loan/credit line requests for customers, and obtaining referrals from loan customers. -Quoting rates, terms and programs for loan customer requests. -Supporting other sales associates as needed (e.g. training, sales advise, resolving technical and software issues, etc.).

• Purchased services and commodities for a diverse customer base utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.• Researched sources of supply, ensuring mandatory priorities are met. • Ensured acquisitions were properly advertised; solicited quotes; evaluated offers; and assured timely awards. • Solicited Small/Disadvantage/Woman-Owned/Historically Underutilized Business in accordance with Department of Defense procurement laws. • Researched and assembled data to be incorporated into contracts, modifications, and negotiation memoranda. • Coordinated actions on complex issues with contracting officer and customer for resolution. • Ensued error-free input of award data into automated contracting systems. • Contacted delinquent vendors to ensure timely receipt of mission-essential commodities and services. • Provided training for new Air Force contracting team members.• Assisted other team members in immediate and long-term contracting assignments.
