Develop and execute detailed project plans using standard project management tools (flow chart, Gantt chart, etc). Perform mechanical and electrical modifications to manufacturing equipment. Ensure compliance to the quality policy in all activities. Follow the codesign control process for all applicable machinery improvements. Perform validations on new, transferred or modified processes. Responsible to determine cause of failure, and replace worn parts; checks for proper fit, alignment and timing during reassembly. Ensuring the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet customer needs.
