A recent graduate from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Kinesiology, with a solid foundation in exercise physiology, nutrition, and athlete performance. During my time in college, I had the privilege of working with high school athletes, collegiate athletes at Georgia State University and the University of Minnesota olympic departments, and major league players at the Milwaukee Brewers. Throughout my experiences I was able to expand my knowledge from the textbook and learn about team dynamics, athlete stress management, and on the floor coaching styles. During my free time, I have a passion for lifting, cooking, listening to new music, and spending time with family.
