With over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, I have held various leadership roles in drilling, engineering, and production operations. Most recently, I was the VP of Drilling & Completions at Callon Petroleum, where I managed a team of engineers and contractors to execute safe and efficient drilling and completion programs for the company's assets in the Permian Basin. Previously, I was the VP of Engineering and Production at Digital Operating, a start-up company that leveraged digital technologies to optimize upstream oil and gas operations. I oversaw the engineering, production, reservoir, and facilities functions, and helped the company secure a large contract with a major operator. Before that, I was the Director of Drilling & Completions at EP Energy, where I led the implementation of innovative drilling and completion techniques that improved well performance and reduced costs. I have a strong background in petroleum engineering, with a BS degree from Texas A&M University, and I possess multiple skills in oil and gas, upstream oil and gas, and petroleum engineering. I am passionate about finding creative solutions to complex challenges, and I strive to deliver value and excellence to my clients and stakeholders. I am also fluent in Spanish and English, and I enjoy learning from diverse perspectives and experiences.
