Administrative Assistant
CurrentAs an administrative assistant, my primary function has been organizing, developing and implementation of an office system that enhances the smooth operation of the hospice while providing secretarial support to the general manager. Additional responsibilities include supervising office staff, maintaining and updating program contract files. Accounts receivables, resolution billing and nursing home reimbursement and vendor issues. Preparation of confidential correspondence, reports and other documents as needed. Ability to triage incoming calls. Arrange program events utilizing facilities and caterers while remaining in a controlled budget.
