Senior Operations Manager
Current- Lead and manage a recruiting team of 4, developing innovative strategies to meet staffing needs.- Collaborate with the Sales team to align hiring efforts with client expectations and business goals.- Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle, from job posting to candidate placement, across a variety of roles.- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for proactive hiring and talent pipeline development.- Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.- Write and optimize job descriptions for visibility and engagement, particularly on social media platforms.- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to identify high-quality candidates that fit client requirements.- Maintain detailed candidate records using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for effective communication and follow-up.- Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiting staff, ensuring best practices in recruitment.
