Hr Business Partner
Current- Talent & Development: recruitment (ensuring we attract and retain top talent), update Job Descriptions, temps & internship management, performance cycle (annual interviews)
- Training: design, coordination and implementation of training plans
- Compensation & Benefits: HR budget (labour costs), salary policy, ensuring the year-end salary and bonus reviews are applied, variable remuneration (bonus payment)
- Payroll Administration: monthly payment, social security, contracts, workforce analytics
- Health & Safety: ensure "PRL" (health and safety policy) is fulfilled, company representative in the health and safety committee, follow up action plans, behavioural audits
