Senior Project Manager
Current- Manage all aspects of projects from initiation to completion, including bussines development, requirements gathering, estimations and pricing, project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with overall business goals.- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project management artefacts to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project status.- Report and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.- Ensure project teams perform at their highest level, by addressing or removing impediments to progress and by facilitating meetings, building team morale and culture.
