Ames est une société espagnole, fabricant de composants en métal fritté depuis les années 50. Elle agit principalement dans le secteur automobile, parfois en tant que TIER 1, fournissant des composants directement aux OEM, mais dans la plupart des cas, elle agit en tant que TIER 2. Elle est présente dans plus de 50 pays et fournit des composants aux principaux OEM et TIER’s du secteur automobile dans le monde. Dans mon étape de collaboration avec Ames, j'ai travaillé en tant que responsable commercial pour toute la région de France. Mes principales responsabilités ont été celles de fidéliser les clients existants ainsi que d’augmenter la liste de clients en France grâce à la prospection du marché et au suivi des clients potentiels. Au cours de ma période de collaboration avec Ames, j'ai réalisé avec le reste de l'équipe en charge du marché français (technique, production, qualité, logistique, etc.) une croissance du chiffre d'affaires supérieure à 10% et j'ai réussi à attirer de nouveaux clients qui ont décidé de faire confiance de leurs projets à Ames. Mes tâches principales ont été, d’une part, celles de participer à de nouveaux RFQ dans le but d’obtenir la nomination de nouveaux projets dans des conditions optimales de rentabilité et de viabilité pour l’entreprise, puis d’autre part, celles de surveiller les projets en cours, avec la négociation et l'optimisation correspondantes du dossier APQP, D-FMEA, P-FMEA, PPAP, Plan de contrôle, etc, en étroite collaboration avec le client, pour l'assurance qualité et la rentabilité des projets.

Project management for ‘turnkey’ projects for the automotive sector, in the surface treatment process activity, specifically in the Zinc Flakes coating and plating on plastic processes, by dipping-spinning and by chemical and electrolytic media, for plastic and metallic parts, in bulk and static processes. Other sub-activities are water & air treatment processes (cleaning, demineralization, recycling, dehydrogenation, reverse-osmosis, etc.), thermal treatment processes (drying, dehydrogenating and polymerizing ovens, etc.), handling system processes (overhead and floor chain conveyor, Power & Free and EMS conveyors, transfers, etc.).My main responsibilities are the fulfillment of due dates, Milestones and deadlines and of forecasted costs and budget, acting as main spokesman upfront the end customer, and covering as well responsibilities on the technical drawing and design, purchase negotiation, on site assembly, SOP procedures and after-sales assistance. I have participated as well on R&D activities, updating and taking care of the European and worldwide available regulations, etc.The fields of developed projects have been the following ones: Dipping and spinning Painting lines, Zinc Flakes lines, Air treatment plants, Surface treatment and coatings by chemical and electrolytic processes, by rack and mass production, for plastic and metallic parts, Wastewater treatment plants, recycling and inverted osmotic plants, Ovens for dehydrogenating, drying and polymerizing processes, Overhead and floor conveyor systems, monorail system, Power and Free conveyor system, skids, chain conveyor systems, mesh belt and trays conveyor systems, etc.Achievements: To consolidate business all around the world, specially in China, increasing our market share and improving the external image of the company according to Service Quality, Project Management and capability in big contracts execution.
