I have continuously expanded my expertise within the Protective Functions team and am currently involved in the entire Protective Functions value chain, which includes Lightning Protection System (LPS) and cold climate design. My work spans design conceptualization, validation, and integration, with responsibilities extending across diverse areas such as certification processes and technical due diligence for customers.A key aspect of my role is serving as the principal developer for cold climate simulation technologies, where I have spearheaded the continuous development of digital tools in Python.Additionally, I serve as the Scrum Master for the Protective Functions team. In this position, I facilitate sprint planning, closures, and retrospective sessions; coordinate quarterly planning; and support C-level planning. This role enables me to foster team cohesion, drive productivity, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

I expanded my role in Protective Functions towards cold climate technologies, enhancing my knowledge in both areas (LPS and cold climate). During this time, I have primarily worked as a multiphysics simulation engineer, developing finite element models in various fields, including:- Electromagnetic;- Aero-thermal;- Ice accretion.

I joined the Protective Functions team within Blades R&D as a multiphysics simulation trainee. During this time, I had the opportunity to work in several areas related to Protective Functions and learn from some of the best engineers and scientists in the field. My experience included critical areas such as:- Lighting tests; - Electromagnetic simulation of our Blades lightning protection (LPS) system using COMSOL Multiphysics; - Thermal-mechanical simulation of sub-components of the LPS system using COMSOL Multiphysics

During my academic journey, I had the privilege of joining EPIC Junior, a nonprofit organization run by university students, focused on applying academic knowledge to real-world challenges. I embraced multiple roles within the organization, aiming to create a lasting impact beyond my studies. Collaborating with peers from various universities and industries enriched my development.In my final year of my Master's program, I served as president, leading a team of over 40 students alongside the executive board. This experience honed my skills in institutional representation and strategic decision-making, including budget allocation and competency development. During this period, I've used my project management skills to plan and structure projects, create detailed project charters, and work with clients to align project goals with business objectives. As a consultant in the projects department, I've contributed to the development of key endeavours, including: - Acoustic furniture development: Research and development efforts on innovative furniture designs with acoustic properties, aiming to improve sound absorption and environmental comfort. - Industrial ventilation system design: Led a team of bright student engineers to develop a specialized ventilation system for the textile industry, with the intent of optimizing air quality in compliance with industrial standards.
