Determine and identify high-level functional and technical requirements on the basis of interactions with the user community and knowledge of enterprise architecture. Design software architectures to support the total requirement, as well as to provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.Interact with project management to plan project schedules and technical direction. Software Developer’s II main role will be to improve the platform of the main product offering that helps Experian’s data furnishers enhance and maintain quality of their reported data. He/She will have to investigate new technologies, test them and implement if possible. He/she will collaborate and consult with key stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for improved product extraction, quality and delivery. Identifies potential process improvement areas and suggests options and recommends approaches.

The Data Management Specialist design and create ongoing and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support a product offering that helps Experian’s data furnishers enhance and maintain quality of their reported data, will collaborate and consult with key stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery, translating business needs into analytics/reporting requirements and effective data management as a result.Major Job Functions• Analyze and understand requirements to create the desired product outcome whether it is an ad hoc request or an ongoing product offering• Translate business needs and requirements into clear data analytics reports • Ensure the data is available, retrieving the data from a various data sources, ordering the data in a visual and structured manner, and deliver the product on time• Consult with key stakeholders: marketing, sales, consulting, operations and clients concerning requirements for product creation, build and delivery to enhance data reporting quality

Principal Accountabilities:- Maintains and enhances the quality on highly complex databases by identifying and implementing quality control measures and procedures.- Identifies and implements new automation opportunities to create process efficiencies.- Defines/updates documentation as deemed necessary. - Identifies and implements methodologies to circumvent repetitive issues which occur within the work structure.

-Ensure adherence to best practices and relevant IT corporate policies.-Recommending modifications to IT infrastructure to provide company and its users with an efficient and a cost effective IT solution.-Documenting the design of the Technical IT system-Oversee day-to-day IT service delivery for Country area.-Ensure the correct priorities are understood by central support groups and required solutions expedited-Assist users to diagnose and solve data communication problems-Set up user accounts, regulating and monitoring file access to ensure confidentiality and proper use.-Perform periodic service delivery reviews with business groups, and with the GSC and other third party vendors, and follow up agreed improvement plans.-Review and provide process improvement recommendations to central support groups based on local experience-Manage the provision of information to local HR, Legal and Security groups for sensitive and confidential issues.-Communicate and promote Group IT policies and strategic initiatives.-Ensure that the business organisation is trained to report incidents directly with the GSC.-Establish key relationships with internal and external service providers.-Cost Control activities within the country of responsibility, reporting to the Regional IT Manager any deviation on the budget.-Analyze objectives, scope, issues, or organizational impact of new technology implementations.-Work with Servicedesk in the day to day business.
