I am a social project and program manager with experience in creating, executing, implementing, evaluating, and monitoring public policies.I have participated in projects verifying the use of federal resources for public policies, and in operating and constructing vocational training programs for people in situations of social vulnerability in partnership with the public administration. I have also been involved in the implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of the largest public policy for TVET in a public education network in Brazil.My technical skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders have enabled me to efficiently manage conflicts in the implementation of large-scale public policies. I have managed risks through agile and predictive methodologies, ensuring the execution of strategic planning, promoting innovation in public administration, and rationally managing the use of resources with transparency and a focus on improving the quality of service to policy beneficiaries.I have academic experience in quantitative and qualitative research, and using software for data analysis and insight generation.
