Since I graduated in Telecommunications Engineering in 1998, I work in the Software Development industry. During this time I have been in contact with a wide range of projects and product technologies. Particularly, I have been leading projects related with customer loyalty (e.g. a global customer loyalty platform for Fortune 500 companies), citizen cards (e.g. Alicante Citizen Card project - an initiative which analysed, developed a vision and deployed a citizen card system in the city of Alicante) and education (e.g. a major enterprise re-architecture project for a prestigious Spanish private university). In 2004, my growing interest in management motivated me to enrol in The Open University's MBA program, specialising in knowledge management, creativity and innovation. Subsequently, I became associate lecturer in this university where I taught the first module of the MBA to students from continental Europe. Product/Project management and enterprise architecture are my strongest areas of expertise, being distinctive capabilities the breadth and diversity of my expertise as allows cross-fertilisation between my technical and business related knowledge. I currently hold the positions of Software Architecture/Devops Head at Everilion, at NTT DATA Products division, which offers a solution platform under the 'software as a service' paradigm (SaaS).
