As a Solution Engineer, I understood and liked a lot that It is not a post in which you have to simply answer people's problems by following a script. Each problem is particular, often requiring the evaluation of scenarios and their implementation, before recommending a final solution to the user. Thus, a single support case can last between 10 minutes and 4 hours.As an experienced engineer from the support team, I end up having advanced technical knowledge, because I often had cases where I need to write code and scripts to offer a solution, also I learned better how the operating system works and how all its components are interacting.I was responsible for Advanced Installer Product that offers wide possibilities in order to create install packages for any kind of application.

I developed 2 applications in 1 month that required to replace a messy MS Excel use for a Rent company. This goal was done by creating a console app and after that, by implementing it through Asp .Net Framework MVC approach. Through this project, I gained useful skills working with: Object Orientated Programming using C#, MVC, ASP.NET Security, Source Control, Real World Development and Unit Testing.
