Analysis made on different distribution flows, different Inco terms necessary for the sales or for the acquisition department in the pricing offers to the clients. Distribution cost analysis over one years period on different Criteria: divers distribution flows, nation, forwarder, service type ( road, sea and air-shipments )Budget analysis for the coming year taking as starting point the distribution flows and costs of the current year and secondly the number of peaces that the sales department think to sell the next year. This includes Inbound of Materials and Outbound of Finite products.Project new distribution flows, individuate steps to be followed in terms of IT, information flow, human resources necessary, budget to realise the project, saving done.
