Assan Foods, which is exporting its large product range composed of tomato paste, ketchup, mayonnaise and various tomato sauces for world cuisines to over 30 countries in 4 continents, adopts pure and clean production as the basic principle. Tomatoes, which are the raw materials of the products, are raised from hybrid seeds that are not genetically modified, and each phase of the agricultural process is being supervised. I am leader of Supply Chain units combines demand planning, customer services,warehouse operations , logistics , export and import trades , call-off operations.

* Managing MPS ( Master Production Scheduling) using Integrated Business Management (0-3 months – 3-12 months) *Coordinating monthly supply plan*Controlling long term demand plan *Managing finished goods stock levels *Balancing weekly production plan, stock levels and supply plan over all loop.*Preparing monthly and yearly capacity analysis for 3 factories.*Managing & controlling master datas to maintain SAP properly.*Having scenario models using alternative ways to provide supporting decision makers.*Solve problems between sales supply plan and production plan.*Taking responsibility in integrated reconciliation. *Revising safety stocks of items based on strageties.*Using MIS to support cost optimization of Supply processes.

Overall these responsiblities i am acting as keyuser in SAP PP,SD modules and was a critical role while SAP establisment in CCC.Also i was an superuser in Axapta Planning module.
