I graduated from Cumhuriyet University’s Faculty of Communication with a specialization in Public Relations and Promotion in 2016. I then began my career as a customer representative at Turkcell Global Bilgi, a company providing services in the communication field. After working there for a year, I fulfilled my mandatory military service. In 2019, I started working at PayTR, a payment systems company, as a customer service representative. A year later, I was promoted and served as a manager for 4.5 years. During this time, I actively took on roles and developed my skills in areas such as payment systems, e-commerce, operator services, human resource management, crisis management, and project management. In addition to the experience I have gained, I am always eager to learn and can quickly adapt to a new working environment. I moved to Finland in mid-June to build a life with my wife. Therefore I have a residence permit and full working rights. I am currently seeking a job where I can contribute to the company with my accumulated experience and also improve my Finnish language skills.
