In charge of; - Technical organization and supervision for construction of drill sites- Tendering process, licensing and permitting of geothermal license fields- Agreements with landlords of geothermal license fields- Interchange and correspondence with state-owned authorities ( MTA etc.)- Daily operational reporting- Pre-accounting- General assistance for project managers of shallow drilling and slim hole drilling campaigns of 8 wells including well logging campaigns, EGRT campaigns (EGRT = Enhanced geothermal response tests), MT campaigns and geochemical sampling campaigns.- General management and organization of construction of drill sites; o Bidding procedures for civil engineers and construction companies for construction of drill siteso Assistance to employees for the usage of technical devices and machines during drilling phaseo Purchasing of electronic devices and auxiliary equipment for drilling and well logging o Customs clearances: import of technical devices and machines from overseas; customs procedures and handlingo Coordination and supervision of logistics for drilling campaigns incl. mobilization and demobilizationo Evaluation and translation of hydrogeological reports and surroundings for a better assessment of geology on drill sites. o Feasibility analysis and research for permanent water access to drill siteo Contractual agreements with involved parties for construction of well sites and water supply lines for drill siteo Assistance to drilling manager and operational management during drilling phaseo Introduction and supervision of HSE guidelines to employeeso Handling of service and maintenance of technical devices and machines, particularly in case of damage or repair
