In my role as a Senior Consultant at Nextagenda, I held a central position in driving and overseeing all aspects of Business Application projects. My technical expertise not only allowed me to lead the implementation and development of CRM and Business Applications solutions, but also established me as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them on how these technological solutions best aligned with their specific needs and challenges. Additionally, I actively engaged in pre-sales efforts, helping our clients understand how our solutions could address their unique requirements.

As a Consultant at Nextagenda in a relatively new CRM team, I was responsible for driving and executing projects that aimed to digitalize and innovate customer processes based on Microsoft Business Applications. Together with an excellent team, we transformed customer needs into technical solutions and optimized business processes using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Azure.

Collaboration with Nuuday’s Data & AI department for the Master Thesis: How can the Data & AI department improve their facilitation of Commerciel Management’s needs for data and reporting by utilizing a Self-Service Business Intelligence approach?

Main responsible for building Microsoft Power Platform business solutions at Verisure Denmark. Had a major technical role in Power Platform projects in the Nordic countries.Responsible for the cross-organizational implementation of Microsoft Power BI in Verisure Denmark. Helped the company switch from traditional BI to self-service BI. This resolved the BI bottleneck probems and enabled the democratization of data across the organization.Responsible for conducting internal Power BI training sessions for the departments’ Analytics Leads and other business users in the company. In between 10-20 participants. Developed and implemented +5 Power Apps with SQL Server and Dataverse as data sources - more than 300 users.

Collaboration with Verisure’s Analytics and Insight department for the Bachelor Thesis: How has the management of Verisure Denmark been able to achieve such a successful implementation of Microsoft Power BI?

Junior Data Analyst in the Analytics & Insights team located in Denmark. In collaboration with the Business Analysts I helped to support the business with customer and sales insights in the form of reporting (primarily through Power BI).
