My journey started in business, leading teams and driving innovation. I spent 4 years building and executing projects, turning ideas into reality. But leadership goes beyond profit margins.The call to serve came in a pivotal year, 2022. I founded and joined the Ideological Guard Dnipro foundation. Established on 7 April 2022, the foundation was born from the combined efforts of dedicated volunteers.The year 2022 was a whirlwind for the Foundation. Uprooted lives and the urgency of the situation demanded a quick response. "Ideological Guard Dnipro adopted three core principles that continue to guide its work today:- 100% transparency and zero administrative costs: Every penny donated goes directly to those in need. Volunteers donate their time and skills to keep administrative costs to zero. Public reports detail every transfer and major donors receive individual reports, fostering complete trust.- Quality over quantity: Beyond simply providing aid, the Foundation focuses on providing the right help for each individual need. We take a personalised approach to each request, ensuring maximum impact.- Shifting gears: Recognising the need for long-term impact, the Foundation shifted to a programme-based approach in 2023.During my time as director, I was fortunate to witness the Foundation's commitment first-hand. I secured funding, negotiated vital medical equipment for children.Volunteering became another way to make a difference. At the Dnipro railway station, I helped refugees - families fleeing war, people with disabilities - find a safe haven and a way forward.My technical skills haven't diminished. I'm currently managing a complex server system in France. But the drive to help others burns bright.My mission: To use my leadership and technical skills to make a positive difference.My goals:To continue to learn and grow as a leader.Use my skills to empower and support others.Make a meaningful contribution to a better future for Ukraine.I'm looking for: Opportunities to combine my experience with a cause I believe in.
