Execution of state-wide topographic-geodetic and cartographic works, as well as works on demarcation and delimitation of the state border; development of general plans for populated areas and plans for spatial development of communities.As the general director of the State Enterprise "Ukrainian State Aerogeodesic Enterprise", my duties included general management of the enterprise, organization of current activities of the central apparatus, structural units and branches of the enterprise. Formation of strategic plans and visions of the enterprise. Organization of implementation of measures of the state program "National topographic, geodetic and cartographic works, demarcation and delimitation of the state border". My team of the central apparatus carried out the measures of the state program "National topographical, geodetic and cartographic works, demarcation and delimitation of the state border" and successfully implemented international projects with the Kingdom of Norway (creation of a map of Ukraine on a scale of 1:50,000) and the International Organization for Migration (demarcation of the state border of Ukraine in Chernobyl exclusion zone). Also, international quality standards ISO 9001:2015 were introduced in the company's work, a marketing strategy was developed, and an anti-corruption strategy and a strategy of the transparency policy of the company's were implemented. The teams of my regional representative offices were directed to close cooperation with local authorities, together with which they worked on increasing the capacity of territorial communities not only as contractors but also as consultants. They worked on general plans of cities and villages, regulation of land relations, inventories of land and communal resources and helped in the establishment of newly created communities.

Promotion and organization of the development of the Kyiv region, development of its territories, communities and their infrastructure. Promoting the development of the capacity of territorial communities; Development of strategies for regional development of the region and strategies for local development of communities.As the director of the Regional Development Agency of the Kyiv region, I managed to organize the work of the Agency, staff it with highly qualified staff, ensure sustainable functioning and development, including starting a training system for local self-government personnel, starting branding of the region, presenting it at international platforms and events, as well as starting several large-scale regional development projects with the involvement of various companies with foreign investments in regional development and started projects worth more than one hundred million euros. Together with the specified areas of work, our team was the main force in the formation of newly created communities after the decentralization reform in Ukraine. In close cooperation with local community authorities, we encouraged communities to develop local development strategies, draw up clear development plans, identify key industries for individual territories in accordance with the smart-specialization implementation methodology, engaging leading consultants and trainers for this. We proudly presented our work with communities on international platforms to attract investors to the regional development of communities and the region as a whole.

Implementation of the social infrastructure development projects of communities and micro-regions by attracting foreign investments under intergovernmental agreements of Ukraine through increasing the capacity of local self-government bodies and improving the material and technical base of territorial communities.As a social consultant of the Ukrainian Social Investment Fund, I had to implement a number of projects on the development of social infrastructure, ensuring the organization and support of relations with donors and foreign delegations. As the main field consultant of the foundation, my main task was to increase the favorability of the leadership of territorial communities in the direction of regional development and to teach the residents of the community, organizing them in the initiative groups of their community, to become the main Russian force in the direction of development. Of course, the work also involved identifying active communities in macro-regions and defining their problems, preparing project agreements, ensuring constant communication between local communities, the authorities of the regions and the USIF.

Organization of the process of rule-making, promotion and organization of the activities of the people's deputy of Ukraine, consulting on regional development issues, ensuring an effective communication strategy.My activity as an Advising Assistant to the People's Deputy of Ukraine gave me an important experience in organizing the activity of a parliamentarian at the highest state level. The key achievement of my work to PD was the participation in drafting the legislation “On Rehabilitation in Ukraine”. I did my best to be an exceptional organizer, communicator, multi-tasker and problem-solver. My responsibilities involved arranging, managing and coordinating all aspects of business travel, communication, multi-task fulfillment and problem-solving. I typically completed most work on-site, but if required I visited certain destinations either before or during scheduled trips to prevent or troubleshoot travel issues that arise. I also advising PD back-office on various matters. А separate achievement was the research of medical reform in Poland and the presentation of Ukraine's intentions at the international conference "Medicine in a Transnational Dimension" in Kielce in 2016

As a Director of Special Institution for the Seniors and Disabled of Podilsky Regional State administration of Kyiv I had to providing the organization activity, budget planning (budget request formation), HR relations, GR relations, procurement procedures management, preparing Kiev State Authorities and Executive Authorities draft decisions as to the Institution activity; withdrawal of Institution from Podilsky Regional State Administration and Public Labor and Social Protection Directorate under the City Council executive body, support of the seniors and disabled people, providing the regional social policy.
