Project Overview: ISKER was the Main Contractor of the NCOC’s Eskene West Railway Facilities Project which consists of 18 industrial buildings (including temporary refuges) and railway facilities designed for the production, storage and export of Sulphur. •Directed the execution of Civil & Architecture & Underground Infrastructure scopes within a $350M+ project, managing a peak workforce of 550 personnel of overall team of 1,200 professionals and subcontractors, overseeing a wide range of activities including piling, reinforced concrete structures, roads, earthworks, infrastructures, manholes, excavation, dewatering, backfilling, underground storm water, sewage, and pressurized firewater systems, wall erection, raised floor, suspended ceiling, floor coatings, ceramic tiling, plastering, fittings installation, furniture installation etc.•Simultaneously acted as Engineering Manager, issued required Technical Queries and coordinated with Client’s Engineering team in meetings as Contractor representative.
