I am a trauma-focused psychotherapist dedicated to helping clients embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. With a commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment, I utilise a range of therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, compassion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and narrative therapy.Through my gentle exploratory nature, clients are encouraged to foster self-awareness from within. With my guidance, clients are taught to navigate their experiences and find empowerment in their healing process.
