As the Sales Team Leader, I manage a dynamic team of 40 members dedicated to providing exceptional support to our travel agent partners and promoting ILAC’s diverse educational offerings. My responsibilities encompass overseeing daily operations, coaching and motivating the sales team, and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our partners. We focus on guiding clients toward the right ILAC solutions, including 𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐂 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 programs, 𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐰𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 programs, 𝐈𝐧-𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐒𝐋 courses, 𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐂 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 Classes (KISS), ILAC 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, and ILAC 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥.I take pride in fostering a team environment that emphasizes service excellence, empowering each team member to exceed expectations in a fast-paced educational sales setting.
