Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) testing for several EV OEMs and EVSE manufacturers performing activities of testing and validation, certification, PCB development, quality and training tasks.- CHAdeMO certification tests for EVs and EVSEs- EV Ready certification and part of the EV Ready Mark committee in Paris- V2H charging manager development (charging ECU for EVs)- Development of a platform for battery testing.- Laboratory quality tasks based on 5S.- EV/EVSE training development.- EV/EVSE applications development in LabView (CAN, HMI, CHAdeMO, etc.)

Developement of an Electric Vehicle Simulator, helping the user to configurate an EV and the road conditions and test it in different ways of driving, such as the Formula Student Competition, some of the Formula Electric circuits or a free driving test using the steering wheel and throttle. Once the simulation is done, the user can study all the electric signals of the powertrain (batteries, DC-link, inverters and motors) or the physical and geometrical parameters (forces, torques, map position...) and decide if a modification on the vehicle improve the results of the tests.There is the possibility to install more APPs to study other devices related to the EV (communication protocols, electrical circuits designing, etc.)

"Stabilization of DC-microgrids by dynamic reconfiguration of the input impedance of their active loads"Because of their good torque-volume ratio, synchronous motors are widely applied for electric propulsion in hybrid electric vehicles (HEV). In this project, we focus on a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) supplied by a voltage-source inverter (VSI) connected to a DC microgrid. The microgrid is supplied by several electrical sources and storage elements. The main objective is to study and propose adaptive control laws allowing performing dynamic reconfiguration of the input impedance of the electric drive. In fact, in transportation systems, it is important to optimize weight and cost. This often leads to weakly damped input filters reducing the stability margins of the microgrid. The dynamic adaptation of the input impedance should improve these margins by verifying predefined standards for a large range of operating points.My tasks at the Stability Control Department were:- Research on Constant Power Loads, Active Filters, Feed-back and Feed-forward motor control, Genetic Algorithms, DC Microgrids, etc.- Development of new stability methodologies (feed-forward) - Publication of an article with the results- Development of a standalone software suite comprising all the study.

Design of Digital Motor Control platforms (CDMtek) with DSP. PCB designing, mounting and programing with Code Composer in C a self-made Digital Motor Control Board with DSP after simulating with MATLAB, OrCAD and PSIM.

Design, build and set-up an electric racing car to compete against other international universities in Germany, Spain and Italy. The team developed the first electric car of the team in only nine months.My tasks as the electronic member of the team were:- Familiarize with FSAE Rules.- Design, mount and tune the Tractive System Active Light (used to be aware for the presence of HV)- Low voltage ECUs design using Altium Designer (taking care of EMIs).- Contact with suppliers to obtain samples (Molex, LAB Circuits, Kistler and Herrekor)
