Leading the IS/IT shared services serving our 4 divisions in Brazil. Challenges on supporting growth thru IS/IT in a very difficult economic context. Leveraging cultural bareers on IS/IT introducing BI & Analytics, Digital and Artificial Intelligence as technology transformation agents.Permanent Executive Committee member for Dairy and Waters Brazil's Divisions and for the Shared Services Committee. Influencing my stakeholders in Brazil (Board of Directors, GMs) and in my Corporate Services (Delivery Directors) to gain relevance and attention for the Brazilian specificities (tax related). Reducing IS/IT budget by suppliers’ consolidation strategy and insourcing of some key strategic funtions. Creation of the Digital area in my team to support business transformation thru strategic projects (eCommerce, CRM). Creation of a Data-to-Insights area in my team to foster data and analytics culture in our organization. First two projects using Artificial Intelligence in Brazil and also within the Danone Group (suggested orders for our customers and chatbot for helpdesk). Creation – together with my HR BP- of an acceleration development program for non-managers.

Leading the analysis of an IS/IT shared services based organisation in AME (Africa & Middle East) called IS/IT Hub at Danone. Designing with the BU's IS managers in 2012 the strategic plan to deploy the project in 2013. Building an IS/IT leadership team in the region.Working closely with the BU's top management to get the requiered feedback on the priorities and to actively manage the change. Strong stakeholders management required.My role's geographic scope grew up to reach Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, UAE (used as a business base to deliver to Lebanon, Libya, Pakistan among others), Ivory Coast and South Africa from a delivery point of view. Other countries are included (Tunis, Saudi Arabia) for governance and global coordination.Main challenges achieved during this period were the standardisation of our IT landscape, the deployment of our SAP template in South África (and preparation for Egypt and UAE), the integration of our acquired subsidiary in Morocco, the creation of a regional IS/IT team. and building a regional suppliers network.

Reaching the number of 35 Danone subsidiaries in Europe, America, Asia and Africa served by BI CC. Reducing costs by contracts re-negotiation and a long-term supplier strategy. Innovating by using off-shore development companies (in Cuba) or by using open source solutions.
