Leading the analysis of an IS/IT shared services based organisation in AME (Africa & Middle East) called IS/IT Hub at Danone. Designing with the BU's IS managers in 2012 the strategic plan to deploy the project in 2013. Building an IS/IT leadership team in the region.Working closely with the BU's top management to get the requiered feedback on the priorities and to actively manage the change. Strong stakeholders management required.My role's geographic scope grew up to reach Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, UAE (used as a business base to deliver to Lebanon, Libya, Pakistan among others), Ivory Coast and South Africa from a delivery point of view. Other countries are included (Tunis, Saudi Arabia) for governance and global coordination.Main challenges achieved during this period were the standardisation of our IT landscape, the deployment of our SAP template in South África (and preparation for Egypt and UAE), the integration of our acquired subsidiary in Morocco, the creation of a regional IS/IT team. and building a regional suppliers network.

Reaching the number of 35 Danone subsidiaries in Europe, America, Asia and Africa served by BI CC. Reducing costs by contracts re-negotiation and a long-term supplier strategy. Innovating by using off-shore development companies (in Cuba) or by using open source solutions.
