CurrentClients include(d): Taskrabbit, The Honey Pot, Jack in the Box, Joy, Care/of, Papier, Willa, GE HealthCare, VistaPrint, Modern Fertility, and GKFF & The City of Tulsa.- Serve as the strategic and day-to-day lead on accounts, developing insightful, multi-pronged PR and creative strategies that yield top-tier results and ladder back to client and agency goals- Represent SGPR as the go-to contact for clients regarding any urgent, high priority, or sensitive issues, providing real-time insights and solutions- Lead thought leadership programs (media training, crisis comms, awards & speaking opps) and craft custom messaging platforms to position brand leaders and C-suite as experts- Manage strategy and coverage rollout for major brand campaigns, partnerships and news announcements to secure feature stories and share of voice in stories - Work in-step with client IATs and internal stakeholders to maintain priority relationships for insightful and strategic decision making- Guide and support the day-to-day team in pitching, securing and preparing clients for media opportunities (across business, lifestyle, tech, consumer and local verticals)- Oversee, manage and teach (3+) direct reports in their career growth and development by regularly reviewing work, setting goals and conducting performance reviews- Provide calm, strategic and solution-oriented guidance in a fast-paced environment, keeping teams motivated and accountable for KPIs- Work cross-functionally with other SGPR teams to sell-in additional agency capabilities in to complement and amplify media relations work- Engage in the new business processes, taking intro informational agency calls, crafting tailored RFPs, and setting up new clients with the right scope of work and team- Serve on internal task forces at the agency to promote a positive culture (education programming, external agency marketing efforts, internal committees)
