- Giving technical support to numerous operators in Europe, Middle East and North American region.- Solving technical issues within deadlines.- Providing upgrade operations to IP & ATM nodes and ensuring their stability.- Reporting problems about node facilites.- Educating new colleagues on the types and architecture of Alcatel-Lucent ATM and MPLS nodes.- Supporting pre-sales department with customer feedbacks.

- Working closely with account executives on traffic volumes, profitability and Quality of Service figures.- Setting cost & quality targets to NOC team per quarter based on account executives' market forecasts.- Optimizing the routing according to wholesale prices and strategic priorities. - Evaluating the reports on the routes' performance and pricing.- Making new interconnections after internal analysis with account executives.- Checking profit / loss figures by day.- Making the last decision about the routing of the whole traffic.

- Monitoring the VoIP traffic and solving quality problems. - Opening tickets to the partners and following up the solution process. - Reporting the progress about the current tickets and working with the technical department to solve these issues. - Taking action about sudden traffic hikes and informing the related departments about the capacity needs. - Working with partners to sell and buy traffic with more beneficial rates.
