 Responsible for E2E integration a new VAS platform with core network, charging, profile with customer and other providers. Responsible to apply the IoT, ATP and E2E Test internally and validations with customer to close the delivery phase and launch the service. Responsible for Hardware & Software installation and commissioning for new platforms in customer sites. Management with HQ to resolve the issues detected in commissioning phase to cover with all the integrations required by each platform.

 SLA Compliance with suppliers to support area more than 95% of cases, in order to maintain the productive services and generate revenue. Closing agreements with 12 operators AMX group for monitoring the performance of the platforms according to the forecasts generated by the commercial area. Negotiations with foreign suppliers to build a better measure of performance of the platforms according to the forecasts generated by AMX. Workflow-run establishment with all operators in the AMX group to generate continuous improvement activities in the platforms and not affect the productivity of the platforms. Establishment of functional framework of the areas of infrastructure and support of the company. Development transactional platform for the sale of multimedia content for mobile devices. Development and adaptation of middleware platform for the collection of value-added services within the AMX group operators.
