● Lead development efforts for implementing/enhancing ITSM, CSM and ITAM (SAM and HAM) modules on ServiceNow platform.● Liaise with business, stake holders, subject matter experts to gather business requirements, offer business solutions based on baseline/out of box and custom functionalities that could be built on the ServiceNow platform.● Lead technical design sessions and develop proof of concept to showcase ServiceNow platform capabilities within a quick turnaround timeframe.● Lead end-to-end delivery efforts from requirements gathering to post production support and offer continuous improvement/enhancements per business needs.● Develop and deploy applications that offer flexibility to the business users while protecting the integrity of the custom ServiceNow applications.● Provide estimates for development tasks and deliver solutions in a timely manner.● Mentor junior developers on delivering software solutions using best practices.● Participate in code review prior to deployments to higher environments.● Create process flow documents and review them with stake holders.● Modify and enhanced applications, forms, flows, workflows, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, UI pages, UI Macros and ACLs● Use JavaScript, Glide APIs, client and server-side scripting, script includes, and other major ServiceNow components to build applications.● Work on Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, Inbound/Outbound Actions, Roles / Groups.● Develop complex integrations to consume and send data between ServiceNow applications and internal and external partners.● Import and export data to and from ServiceNow using data loads, transform maps, transform scripts, export definitions, export sets and export schedules.● Develop integrations to populate CMDB using transform maps and SFTP processes, Discovery, SOAP and REST APIs ● Develop system integrations with Salesforce for consuming Accounts and Contacts data using REST API.

● Code, Configure and Maintain ServiceNow Software platform modules including ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITBM (IT Business Management).● Troubleshoot Software System Platform issues.● Design and consume web services (SOAP, REST and JSON) to enable integration with other platforms and systems.● Manage data intake for corporate wide ServiceNow instance.● Build complex ServiceNow pages/forms from scratch along with advance customizations at the level of UI Macros/UI pages per business requirements.● Use Bash and Python scripting languages for file handling and third party integrations.● Use JavaScript and created Business Rules using the Glide Record operations.● Create Catalog client scripts and UI policies to make client side changes.● Create the UI pages to use them in Catalog items, Implemented using UI scripts.

● Integrate PeopleSoft human resources user data with ServiceNow to create/update user profiles and assign respective roles using REST application programming interfaces.● Develop various flat file integrations with third parties using Export Sets and Mid Server.● Encrypt flat files with PGP encryption and used Secure File Transfer Protocol/Secure Shell Scripting to transfer/receive files to third party systems. ● Develop scheduled jobs using JavaScript to export flat files from Mid Server for ETL jobs to consume the files and import into databases.● Work on creating users, roles, groups and load the data in ServiceNow platform using import sets on daily, weekly, monthly and on request basis.● Create homepages including basic reporting and dashboard presentation.● Develop scheduled jobs to push the data into the application using Import Sets and Transform Maps.● Generate weekly reports and metrics for IT management.● Involve in production support for all the ServiceNow related issues.● Involve in writing test plan and test scripts based on the system specifications.
