I joined TOPS over 3 years ago with intentions of moving the company up to the next phase in the industry. I have successfully trained and implemented procedures to get the Operations team up to par. After joining TOPS we were able to hit records for the company by selling the most product in the companies history and shot up to $6.5 Million in sales consecutively. While at TOPS I managed 3 warehouse locations for production and 30 semi storage containers. I maintained and filtered 5-10 inquires a day and project managed removals and relocations of up to 3 projects at one time. Negotiate Purchases with seller or buyer, arranged removal, loading and shipping/freight in collaboration with sellers, buyers and purchasing administrator.Market and sell in collaboration with the operations staff wholesale product with an average monthly net of $5k-$20kMaintained File Maker Inventory system. created sku# for incoming retail product and maintained records for web site. Inventoried clients product onsite and created an excel spreadsheet to determine all cost associated with removal, purchase and Fair Market Evaluations. (FME)

Responsible for managing a production/ refurbishing team of 7-10 employees, 2 delivery teams, trucks, warehouse, inventory management and equipment. Produced and delivered up to 140 deliveries a month Showroom management included redesign floor samples , implement and improve a ready for sale program to ensure all product is ready for sale. Implemented cleaning schedules to ensure all showroom products are cleaned and labeled for retail sales.Responsible for project managing large projects in collaboration with designers, contractors, salesman, clients, building management and sub contractors.As operations manager I ensured all employees maintained a safe work environment, received proper training with all products and equipment.
