I have 9years experience in CNC, machinemanufacturing company mechanical work.To work ina reputed manufacturering company where I canutilise my experience and skills acquired over theyears having worked in high precision environment with various capital goods manufacturing companies.Ihave hands on experience in building of machines and fixtures.I have a vast experience in scraping work and alignment of machines.Have also done reconditioning of large machines wherein worn out guide ways we rereconditioned to original accuracies including new job suiting etc. in scraping work, slide base assembly work, hardened gaidway and L M rail gaidway assembly, Bal screw assembly, fixers assembly and defense & aerospace fixtures gauges and tooling accessories and I know measuring instrument 3d touch probe measuring tools vernier caliper bore gauge micrometer height gauge thread gauge radius gauge 2d 3d mechanical drawing and I know CNC,surface grinder broaching machine hydraulic press machine drill machine manual lathe & cnc lathe machine machine maintenance etc..Key responsibilities include : - Installation & commissioning of new CNC ( Lathe , Milling , Plasma , Bending , Press brake , Punch , Laser cutting ) machines , inside Egypt , and abroad . - Training of customer's engineers and operators on veriuos types of controllers . - Execute preventive maintenance . - Deal with electromechanical breakdown . - Calibrate , adjust , set different machines . parameters . - Technical assistance .. - Prepare customer visits : check availability of parts / utilities / machine and agree upon actions and schedule with the customer . - Communicate with machines manufacturers for technical details and other related issues . - Represent the company in the official exhibitions and events ( ex : MACHTECH , ... ) . - Document all maintenance reports ( Visits , Machine history , daily reports , ... ) .
