Key responsibilities include : - Installation & commissioning of new CNC ( Lathe , Milling , Plasma , Bending , Press brake , Punch , Laser cutting ) machines , inside Egypt , and abroad . - Training of customer's engineers and operators on veriuos types of controllers . - Execute preventive maintenance . - Deal with electromechanical breakdown . - Calibrate , adjust , set different machines . parameters . - Technical assistance .. - Prepare customer visits : check availability of parts / utilities / machine and agree upon actions and schedule with the customer . - Communicate with machines manufacturers for technical details and other related issues . - Represent the company in the official exhibitions and events ( ex : MACHTECH , ... ) . - Document all maintenance reports ( Visits , Machine history , daily reports , ... ) .Experience:CNC Scraping Specialist - Utilized CNC scraping process to achieve precise machine alignment and geometric correction, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.- Conducted comprehensive machine inspections to identify and rectify alignment issues, surface imperfections, and geometric errorsConducted machine alignments using CNC scraping process to achieve tight tolerances and geometric accuracy.- Collaborated with engineering teams to develop and implement scraping procedures for new machine installations and retrofits.- Troubleshot and diagnosed machine issues, utilizing CNC scraping techniques to rectify alignment errors and improve machine performance.Skills:- CNC Scraping Process- Machine Alignment- Surface and Hand Scraping- Geometric Correction- Precision Measurement Tools- Troubleshooting and Diagnostics- Machine Maintenance and Repair- Technical Training and Support- Project Management- Cross-Functional Collaboration
